RETURNS

Return by Post

 

It's easy and simple to return either all or part of your order by post. Here's how:

  • Email us shop@theoriginalrebels.com detailing your order number, the product, quantity returning and reason code (codes are listed on our ordering summary section). The team will then issue your unique Returns number. 

  • Next, enter the Returns Number and complete the Return Section on your Order Summary include in your parcel.

  • Detach and place the Return Summary along with the items you are returning inside the parcel.

  • Attach the Returns Label to the outside of the parcel.

  • Take the parcel to your local Post Office.

  • Make sure that you get a 'Proof of Postage' receipt from the post office.

Scotland

The team will send you an e-mail to notify you when the refund has been processed. Please allow up to 5 working days from receipt of this email for this credit to appear on your account.

Do you provide International delivery?

 

Unfortunately, at this time we cannot offer international delivery... but we are working on it.

 

How do I return an item?

 

Just email - shop@theoriginalrebels.com and let the team know that you wish to return your recently purchased order and they will be able to sort everything out for you. Return the goods to The Original Rebels, 58 Dockhead Street, Saltcoats, North Ayrshire, KA21 5EG, Scotland, U.K.

 

What is your returns policy?

 

We offer our customers a 14 day return policy. For full details arms and conditions, please read our RETURN POLICY page.

 

How do I track my order?

 

The Original Rebels will always keep you informed with your order process whilst in our hands. There are several delivery options including 'tracking' via Royal Mail, therefore it all depends on your choice of delivery.  

 

How can I contact your couriers?

 

Currently we do not use couriers, but we do use Royal Mail and Parcel Force to deliver your orders.
