Shopping and Ordering

 

How do I search for a specific product?

 

All you need to do is type in a keyword, brand or product type in the search box at the top

right of the screen in every page

 

 

 

Do The Original Rebels have their own brand range?

 

We are currently creating our range and will make available on our website when

launched.

 

Can I Amend My Order?

 

We’re quick at processing orders to make sure that you receive them as soon as possible.

You can amend your order as much as you like before you click “Confirm & Pay” but after

this point you will be unable to make amendments to your order. In such case you can

however, return the item to us in accordance with our Returns Process.

 

I'm having trouble placing an order - can you help?

How do I remove or change the quantity of an item in my bag?

 

You can change the quantity or remove items in your basket just by clicking on ‘My Bag’ at

the top right of website. Once in the ‘My Bag’, you remove any of the items or change the

quantity at the side of each product. Once you have made your changes, click on ‘Update

Bag’ to make sure the changes are updated.

 

An item I want no longer seems to be in stock?

 

We understand how frustrating it is that the item you are obsessing over is currently out of

stock. We order regularly from the manufacturers or artist and receive regular deliveries. Items will be put back in stock as soon as they are made available to us.

 

We continue to advertise these items as we want you to know what we normally sell. We

are always looking out for the hottest items and often restock/stock similar styles, which

we are sure you will fall in love with.

 

How do I know what products have age restrictions?

 

Some of the products we sell are subject to age restrictions imposed by law. Each of these

products will state the restriction on the specific product page and you will not be able to

complete your order unless you sign in and we can verify you meet the age requirements.

 

 

Payment

 

The checkout stage won't accept my card details, why is this?

 

Please make sure your card details are entered exactly as they are written on your card.

Please also make sure that when entering your card and billing details, you only use

numbers and letters- our payment system will not accept punctuation or characters like / " .

It would be great if you could tell us exactly what error messages you see and even better

if you can give us some screenshots of what you see.

Do You Have Any Promotional Codes?

 

We offer new and exciting promotions via our website, social accounts and newsletters, so

check them all for the latest offers, terms & conditions. Make sure you’re the first to know

about any exclusive offers by signing up to our newsletter or following us @originalrebels

on Twitter, or joining us by liking our Facebook page

 

How do I enter my Retail Rebels Promotion Code?

 

Your Retail Rebels code can be entered at the “My Basket” stage of your order by entering

your promotional code into the “Retail Rebels code” box.

 

Make sure you enter the codes as it appears on the offer as they are case and space

sensitive.

 

These codes can’t be used with any other offers and can only be used once per customer.

 

Can I Use More Than one Promotions Code On An Order?

 

Promotional codes can't be used in conjunction with any other offer or in addition to any

student discount you may be entitled to (unless otherwise stated). Only one promotional

code is permitted per order.

 

My The Original Rebels promotion is not working?

 

For offers where you 'Buy one get one free' or get '3 for 2', you must add the 'free' product

to your basket just like you would in a store. The discount will then be calculated at the

"checkout" page and based on the cheapest item(s) selected.

 

Your code: Have you entered the code correctly? Our codes are case sensitive, try

copying and pasting the code into the Promo Code box just before checkout.

 

Expiry Date: Please look at the terms and conditions of the discount code to make sure

this offer is still valid.

 

Eligible items: From time to time we offer discount codes for selected items only and this

will be stated in the terms and conditions of the discount code. To view the included items

select the link provided on your newsletter/our site.

 

Unique Codes: If you are lucky enough to receive a unique code from us, please note that

it cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code and the code can only be

used once.

 

Promotional Free Gift with orders

 

On occasion we will have a promotional free gift available to our customers on a first come

first served basis. For any offers where you receive a ‘gift with purchases’, the gift will

automatically be added to your basket- as long as the product you choose qualifies. You

don’t need to add the gift yourself. Our promotional free gifts are popular, and are all

subject to availability.

 

What happens if I forget to use my Retail Rebels Promotion Code?

 

Unfortunately, you can only add your Retail Rebels Promotion code at the time of placing

an order. Once your order has been placed we are unable to manually add the discount.

Please note that this discount may be used on your next order; check out the terms and

conditions of the code.

 

Do You Accept Student Discount?

 

Not yet, but we are looking in to it.​

 

 

 

Gift Wrap Service

 

Is it possible to get my product gift-wrapped?

 

We are looking into this option for our customers.  The Rebels love to add finishing touches to your products so you will find where possible each product will have a matching or suggested giftwrap & cards options which will appear along side each product.  

 

 

Delivery Information

 

Where Do You Deliver To?

 

To find out which countries we deliver to, please click here.

Delivery costs will be calculated at checkout once the delivery option and destination has

been chosen.

 

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland, Isle of Anglesey,

Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles and The Scottish Islands) and the Republic of Ireland and

Worldwide.

 

At the moment we are only able to deliver using our Standard Delivery option for the Isle of

Wight, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands, Republic of Ireland and BFPO addresses.

We’re unable to process orders containing flammable products. Full details about our

delivery options can be found on our Delivery Information page.

 

Do you deliver to BFPO addresses?

 

We can deliver to BFPO addresses in the UK using our standard delivery option. Premium

delivery isn’t yet available to BFPO addresses but keep an eye on our website for any

changes with this. BFPO address located in the UK are unable to not accept any orders

containing aerosols or flammable products. Full details about our delivery options can be

found on our Delivery Information page.

 

Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?

 

We can deliver your order by uk standard (possible tracked) Royal Mail to PO Boxes.

What are your delivery services?

Do you offer free delivery?

 

Yes we do. All the details including how to qualify are on our Delivery Information page.

Can I amend the delivery option for my order?

 

As there is a price difference in the delivery options we offer, we’re not able to change the

delivery option once an order is placed.

 

I have entered the incorrect delivery address, can this be changed?

 

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be amended but if you email us before it’s

dispatched, we can cancel your order and you can place a new order with the correct

address details.

 

How do I track my order or find out what’s happening with my order?

 

Tracking your order is easy, once it’s dispatched we will send you an email that will have a

link to the tracking website.

 

You can also log in to ‘My Account’ and track your order once it’s been dispatched via your

‘Order History’, under my account in the header.

 

Where is my order?

 

You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched. You can also keep an eye

out for your delivery via the tracking service if you opted for this delivery option or contact

our Rebels to help with your order.

 

What should I do if my order doesn't arrive on the expected delivery date?

 

If your order hasn’t arrived on the expected date, and it has tracking selected then please

visit the royalmail.com website to see where your parcel is. If you didn't choose tracking

postage then please wait another day and again email us to keep us informed and we will

try to help you with Royal Mail or the selected carrier.

 

I haven't received all of my order?

 

There may be times when we’ll need to send out your order in more than one box- so it’s

possible they will arrive at different times. We will let you know once your order is

dispatched and you’ll be able to see on the dispatch email how many boxes and what is in

each one. The dispatch email will also have a link to each of the box’s own tracking so you

can keep an eye on your order’s movements.

 

You can see this when you log in to ‘My Account’. If your order has been split into more

than one box, you can see exactly what is in box and track each box via your ‘Order

History’ once your order has been dispatched.

 

What do I do if I receive a faulty item?

 

If for any reason your product arrives faulty or damaged, just send it back to us. Please

make sure you ask the post office for a proof or postage in case it doesn’t reach us.

What do I do if I receive an incorrect item?

 

First of all we truly apologise, if we send you the wrong product, drop us an email at

shop@theoriginalrebels.com so that we can look into this for you and make arrangements.

 

Why Has My Order or part of my order been Cancelled?

 

Our items can sell out quickly due to a high demand and on occasions an item you have

ordered can suddenly become unavailable due to stock levels, damaged items or where

we don't receive our expected trade deliveries. These cases are rare. If an item in your

order sells out, we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the cancellation of your

order. If your order contains additional items, we will dispatch the rest of your order and

refund the out of stock item.

 

Will I Be Charged Customs And Import Duties?

 

The price of the items do not include customs and import duties which will vary from

country to country. You may be required to pay these when you accept delivery of the

items from your courier. If you refuse to accept delivery of the items you have purchased,

the carrier may return the items to The Original Rebels. In the event this happens, The

Original Rebels may be required to pay additional charges to the carrier in respect of the

cost of return including customs and import duties that were payable by you. We will look

to recover these costs from you by deducting the relevant amount from any refund owed to

you.

 

 

My The Original Rebels Account

 

I’ve entered my username/password but it doesn't seem to be working?

 

Check the spelling of your email address and your password. Passwords are case

sensitive. If you are still unable to log in please * see here for more information on how to

request a new password.

 

I’ve forgotten my password - What do I do?

 

All you need to do is use the ‘Forgotten Password’ link under the login details. You will

need to enter your e-mail address and a new password will be sent to you, so you can log

in.

 

How do I change my account details?

 

Just log in to ‘My Account’ at TheOriginalRebels.com Once signed in you will be able to

change your address details, password and e-mail address in your account settings.

I want to stop receive marketing e-mails from The Original Rebels?

 

All you need to do is log in to ‘My Account’ at theoriginalrebels.com and you will be able to

change your "communication options" in your account settings.

 

Alternatively, there is an “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of all the marketing e-mails we

send.

 

How do I close my account?

 

Just contact our Rebels team on shop@theoriginalrebels.com and they will do this for you.

 

 

 

Returns and Refunds

 

What is your returns procedure?

 

We hope you’ll love your order from The Original Rebels but if you want to return any of it

we will happily refund you for any items you return to us in an unused and resalable

condition within 28 days of receipt.

 

This excludes the following;

 

(a) perishable items (e.g. food)

(b) items personalised for you

(d) earrings or sealed products which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene

reasons if unsealed after delivery (unless these items were damaged or faulty when

delivered to you or have been incorrectly delivered). Returned items must be unused and

in their original packaging.

 

How do I return an item for a refund?

 

Please see our Returns and Refunds information pages for details on how to return your

products to us.

 

How Do I Return An Item?

 

By Post - If you change your mind about any items purchased you can return them to us within 14

days of the parcel being delivered to you, provided:

 

the items are unworn and unwashed, the items are unworn and show no signs of wear

the items have all tags attached, you take good care to avoid the transfer of food, make-up

or mark the items.

 

All refunds will be made using the same method of payment you used to purchase the

items and will be made by us no later than 14 days after the day we receive items back

from you; (or earlier) or 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned

the goods.

Please note if you are an EU Customer you also have the right to cancel your contract with

us and return your items by post within 14 calendar days from the day after the date you

received your order. Please see 'DO I HAVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL?' for further details.

 

Can I Exchange An Item?

 

If you would like a different item, then you will need to return the unwanted item for a gift

voucher and place a new order.

 

Have You Received My Return?

 

Please allow up to 10 working days for your parcel to be returned to The Original Rebels.

We will send you a confirmation email once it has arrived. You will receive an additional

email once your return has been processed. If you haven’t heard any communication from

us after the 10 working day timescale, please contact our Team with your order number

and details of the items returned. If you've returned more than one order in the same

parcel, please allow an additional 48 hours for all your returns to be completed.

 

How long does it take to get a refund?

 

We will usually process the refund due to you as soon we receive it but as a guide, you

should receive your refund within 5 days of us receiving it if returned to our storeroom.

Once your refund has been processed we will send you a 'Refund Confirmation' e-mail.

 

How will my refund be processed?

 

We will only refund using the same method you originally used to pay for your purchase.

Refunds cannot be processed if your Credit or Debit card has expired, if this happens

please email us.

 

How do I get a VAT Refund/Receipt?

 

The prices you see on the website are inclusive of VAT at the applicable local rates for the

items you purchase and will be the price you pay when you checkout.

 

Orders Shipped to the Channel Islands are entitled to a VAT refund upon request. This

refund can only be processed after your order has been dispatched. Please contact us to

have this arranged. If you need a VAT receipt, please contact us so that we can arrange

this for you.

 

What do you do with my details?

 

We take protection of your personal information very seriously and will never share your

details with any third parties to allow them to send you marketing. For more information,
